I have been a dedicated customer of Sports Clips since they opened. Recently I went in and even though I was first in line, I... was ignored and the stylists took people that were not on the list before me. The place has gone down hill in the recent coupleof months, the prices have gone up significantly while the haircuts have gone down in quality. The last time I went in thestylists were more busy spending time in the back on their phones than they were paying attention to the front where several ofus were standing waiting to sign in. I am not sure what happened in the last three months but the attitude and customer serviceof the Sports Clips has gone downhill to the point where I will be stopping my business with them and no longer bringing myfamily. Their waitlist kind of sucks but I've never gotten a bad haircut from any one of the ladies. However, usually behind the top of... ear they miss some hair that I usually have to shave off when I get home. I just deal with it. Other than that, they have myrecommendation. Read more

The person who cut my hair asked what I wanted done. I told them what I wanted, how I wanted it, and what to use to cut my... hair. By the time it was all done, they gave me a buzz cut from my ears and back of my neck to the height of my forehead leavingthe hair on top longer. They left the front of my hair longer but the back was very short. Uneven from front to back. I asked,for the ears to be short but leave the sides longer to style and so it won't stick up. I asked the bottom part of the neck to beshort like the ears but leave the upper part longer to be able to pull straight down. Top of my head I asked to leave longer tostyle and that it combs back real nice into the back part of my hair. NOPE. I ended up with a buzz cut with a bit of hair ontop. Nothing I asked for. Hair might grow back but your hair cut is seen by everyone for a while. I DO NOT recommend any manthat cares how he looks to go to Sports Clips. Worst haircut I have ever received. Read more
