East ridge mall location is definitely the best of the three shops, early morning around 730 or 8ish can get pretty crowded so... I suggest you order ahead but expect 20 30min for them to get the order ready. The barristas here though are by far the best!If only they still had almond croissants : ( Read more

For some reason, this Starbucks just seems to have the LEAST friendly staff of any other location I?ve been to. No matter how... far out of my way I go to be warm/smiley/bubbly hoping that it makes their day just a tad bit brighter and hopefully in returnthey?re in a better mood next time I see them ?. I continue to fail miserably at lifting their spirits, it seems. My drink isalmost always not full. This photo is a drink requested without ice, so that may be the reason for this cup being short but mydrinks are almost always not full. First world problems, I tell ya. ;) Heaven forbid you politely and graciously tell themsomething in your order is incorrect!! You will get the hardest eye roll of your life and a very rude response. I try to justkeep my mouth shut at this store so as not to upset them further. However, even when I?ve tried to sweetly correct them fromaccidentally charging me too LITTLE ?. I?ve inadvertently brought the scorn upon myself?.. more than once! ???? :( Oh, anddon?t even bother trying to get whipped cream on your coffee here. Apparently they don?t do that at this store. ???????
