Don't order sauce packets, you'll most likely not receive them anyway. Tacos are half full with mostly lettuce, crunch wrap... basically a hardshell wrapped in a softshell with some nacho cheese and nothing else. The staff is amazing always kind and smiling. The manager however is a different story. I was in the drive through picking up my... mobile order and the poor girl at the window was getting yelled at by the manager in front of customers. I understand sometimesemployees need correction but in front of your customers is not the place. I do not know the managers name but am verydisappointed about the way this employee was treated. Regardless of her being yelled at she still smiled and told me to have agreat day. Pitiful. Read more
Ordered thru Doordash again, against my better judgment bc last time took so long. Last time driver had an order before me, this... time they had two orders before me. Yay. So after waiting almost an hour from a store that is 2.2 miles away, i received someoneelse's order. Idk if it was driver error and mixing up the 3 deliveries, but i was super annoyed. DoorDash did credit me, butafter working all day and having maybe 3 restaurants for delivery at this time, and with no car, this sucks. Read more
I ordered two crunch wrap supremes, I took like five bits into this and I was still not getting an beef like they are suppose to... have beef in them I?m really disappointed and will never eat their if they really think I?m gonna ask for extra beef just so Ican actually get a bit with beef then you are so wrong???? Really, Taco Bell. Bring a classic back and treat it this way. Used to be my favorite. I've only been able to order it twice.... This one was cold. The last one looked worse. but at keat somewhat warm. Kicker. It's late at night when nobody is in line. Soit should be done right. Read more
