I don?t know how this Village Inn functions. There needs to be new management put in place. Anytime this establishment has more... than a few groups of people service is very poor. You have to hunt down staff to assist you. Don?t expect any refills. 3 timesin a row I have had these bad experiences. This isn?t just an isolated event. Get a new manager. Read more

Great experience, great location. Service was excellent and very friendly. Food was good.
Poor service. Four people walked out from the time I came in until the time I was able to tell someone that I had a pickup... order. One hostess was flirting with some guy in the corner and completely ignored the people up front while the other two hostswere helping people. When I got home with my food, I noticed they didn't have one of my food items. I went back to get it andhad to wait an additional 30 minutes for it. Do not recommend. Read more
About what you'd expect. Nothing special. The staff was all very friendly. The restrooms were marginally clean. Overall a very... solid nothing special. The food is small portions, lower quality but on par with Denny's. The service was take an order, deliver food and let the... hostess check on us and fill waters. Waitress never showed herself until bringing the check. Not busy, all people there were atdifferent points in the meals. Only sat half the restaurant, so everyone was squished together. Read more
