Idk what is going on with the Imlay City McDonald's morning and afternoon management but they are so rude a very ignorant no... matter how nice and polite u try to be towards them and there more recently there undercooking there food.. Read more

Skip this place! Everytime my wife and I go through the drive through there is an older woman who will flirt with me and call me... hun or honey in front of my wife! 3rd time it's happened at this place! We stopped in few weeks ago with our grandson who's has special needs the we get his French fries he loves McDonald's fries then... he noticed there were new happy meal toys out we didn't order a happy meal but the young lady working the window noticed howimpatient my grandson was getting for me to get the money for his toy n how upset he was becoming over it she slipped his toy inthe bag for us our grandson has Auitism and has a very difficult time with understanding to be patient It was so sweet of tharyoung Lady and again Thank you so much for your kindness it went a very long way for him Read more
This is a great McDonald's! Most of the time, service is fast but staff have always been friendly! This particular location... doesn't have parking space numbers when you have to wait for food. Because of that, there can be a back up in the drive thru butit doesn't happen often. Bathrooms inside are kept clean! Read more
McDonalds in general has went downhill. If the fries are hot, they are only half cooked. The burgers are always cold. Don't eat... McDonalds much anymore. Read more
