They food was good but the employee wasn't friendly. She didn't smile the whole time we were there and made me feel... uncomfortable. We had to ask 4 times for her to put more than 5 jalapenos on the sub.the cookies we bought were supposed to be avariety pack but it was all chocolate chip which my diabetic brother can't even eat. He thought they had at least on or twooatmeal in the pack. Read more

Disappointed! Rating 1 star because the food wasn't bad. I wish I could rate 0 stars for professionalism in the workplace. I'm... not sure who's in charge here but there NEEDS to be a change of behavior. When I first arrived, there was a man and woman aheadof me in line. While they were being helped, the two male employees were making derogatory comments to each other and messingaround. After the woman customer left, one of the male employees said, "Yo, she was cute and you all know it." After that,another employee from the gas station comes running through Subway to hide from another coworker that was chasing her. There waslots of yelling back and forth while they were messing around. After I got my food, I headed over towards the gas station partand the male employee, who recently tried to chase the female employee, started throwing wads of paper back and forth like theywere having a snowball fight. During all of this, there were multiple uses of the 'F' word and others. Something needs tochange before I ever visit again. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Read more

Terrible customer service. The worker acknowledged my online order. Proceeded to make our order while we waited. Put our order... in the microwave and I thought she wasn't finished with it. She then went on to help the next person who order 4 footlongs. Shelooked at us serval times while completeing their order and said to us, "your order is ready" and pulled it out of themicrowave. I told her we were sitting 2 ft. away and she could have told us prior to taking the next order. Sarcastically saidshe was sorry. I said, "sorry or just being a brat!!!?" This place is just plain dirty!! The service was not terrible but it wasn?t great either. The girl who waited on me was loud and... yelling back for more bread and just being obnoxious. She came across as very lazy and like she didn?t want to be there. Neversaid hello, thank you or have a nice day. The owner of this place needs to get their poop in a group and get this place cleanedup. I wish I would have taken pictures! Won?t ever go back here! Read more

Absolutely terrible. Waited in line nearly 20 minutes, while the customer in front of me ordered 4 different items. Watched what... seemed to be a fairly new employee struggle (her name tag said Steph D), while another employee (Laura) stood at the registerwatching, and criticizing the entire time, instead of helping. Now my husband orders, I ordered my sons, and mine lastly. Again,not once did Laura assist, until mine was ready to be dressed. She literally stood over steph's shoulder the entire time, botonce offering help. Now back to my sandwiches. I ordered 2 of the new mini sandwiches, 1 ham, 1 philly. I asked for mayo, noother toppings, to be added. I was told NO, as they were a as is sandwich. Come on, really? I said can you charge me for themayo then? Nope. They are as is. Unbelievable. I have managed a restaurant for the last 17 years, and NEVER once would I 1.Treat another employee the way thia women did, and criticize IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, 2. Never would I have denied a customersomething as simple as adding mayo, whether it was an as is sandwich or not. Needless to say, we walked out without our food,and went down the road to McDonald's, ordered and had our food within 4 minutes. For the 3rd time, I had a "manager" wait on my daughter, she ordered 2 subs.. my daughter only wanted ONE SUB TOADTED!! the... manager toasted both, wrong bread, on one sub.. the requested condiments were NOT put on 1 sub! The soda machine had straightwater out of the lemonade, the coke his watered down, she had only 3 cookies, everything was understocked, and my 17year olddaughter said the lady simply couldn't follow simple direction.. So no stars are given! When does ham and turkey get put on aspicy Italian? Completely disappointed... When asked to fix the sandwiches, she just plainly starred... Read more
