Can't manage to get a breakfast sandwich right. Ever, simple as could be, egg+bacon+ bagel.... they somehow forget one of the 3... every time I've been there, roughly five times... not sure how they manage it but it blows my mind! The drive thru makes my coffee coreectly almosy every time. They move you thru fairly quickly, also.
We are from out of town, our family was here for a funeral so this was out first experience with Tim Hortons. We had a rather... large order so we thought it works take a min to get done. Our sandwiches got done and waited almost 20 more min for 3 icedlattes while 7 other people were served. Food was cold and was not even offered a refund or discount. An apology does not cutit in a situation like this. If give no stars if I could! Read more
Great place great staff! One star deducted because the app doesn't work here. I had to leave without getting a coffee because... the app didn't register the deal. So, do not come if you planned on redeeming points or using the in app deals. Read more

Kevin waited on us. He's a spry old fellow, probably in his 80's or 90's, but he'll shuffle around wiping counters, machines,... tables, chairs, windows, door handles and his glasses. I have yet to go to a location that holds their standards as high as I held mine when I ran my team. The staff workedwell together, got my ordered prepared fast and it was picture perfect! This is a great Tims. Staff is always friendly, food is always good and ready very quickly even when it's busy.
