New Management!! New staff!!! I?ve been avoiding this location for almost 2 years because of the food quality and customer... service in the past. Two weeks ago I gave it a chance and boy had things changed. No more seat yourself and be forgotten aboutlol and the wings and fries were no longer burnt and inedible. I also had a Hennessy hustle that I totally recommend it isabsolutely delicious. Now today I used UberEats and the food was hot, fresh and delicious even the fries. Went in at 1130 am, 2 tables already seated. It took 10 minutes for a waitress to come over. We ordered drinks, took another 10... minutes to place order. Food was delivered in a timely manner, but our waitress didn't come back by for over 20 minutes. Sheonly came to our table once after food was delivered. She spent to much time on her phone. The bartender was great, the bar people were friendly and the buffalo tater tots were amazing! Went back another time for the... new Mountain Dew drink and the Flaming Hot wings. Both are really good, although the Flaming Hot wings with the crumbled Doritoson top are excellent! Read more
Ordered over $100 worth of food because my boyfriend and I had family staying in town and we all (usually) love Buffalo Wild... Wings. Half of that order was traditional wings tossed in spicy garlic sauce. I can tell these wings were tossed in at least atiny amount of sauce because they?re stained, but they might as well have been dry rubbed because they were dry as the Saharaand it tasted like eating plain wings. This is not the first time this has happened at this location either- it?s reallyannoying when spending so much money on a meal and having to feel like you?re gambling as to whether or not the food is going tobe what you?re expecting. I?ll first start by complimenting Alicia; I ignorantly may have her name wrong ( charismatic, tall, natural curly dark hair;... chíc chunky frame glassesbig smile) I I egret notit a point to be able to confidently recall her name simply because she hasalways made it a point to make my togo experience just that; an experience thats not overlooked by many I'm sure! Also as aguilty pleasure I find myself ordering buffalo togo more than I care to admit; and this location is by far the best consistentlyon both quality and customer service. Its rare to pickup a togo order and while waiting every employee; regardless of whatthey?re doing or what their role is will stop to acknowledge me and confirm I?ve been helped. Its rare to see all employeesnever walk past a piece of trash on the floor or a dirty table and not ignore it but even struggle while carrying other dishesto bend down to pickup the trash or help another server clear a table. With having all of those positive experiences icouldn?t help but laugh at the sarcastic attempt the BOH team made when preparing my Extra Wet 20 Piece 1/2 & 1/2.
