There was no guacamole available due to "unripe avocados." I know there were plenty of ripe avocados at Publix. Goes to show... that customer appreciation has gone out the window. Not sure why but it seems that all Chipotle locations always have a strangeatmosphere. Why not just call the meat what it is? "Protein" is such an odd word to choose in place of meat. This Chipotle by far is one of my favorites. The staff here is really kind and personable, I am always welcomed in when walking... in the door. The food line was stocked (with the exception of guac due to a shortage of avocados) but I rarely ever add guacanyway. The seating area is also very clean, which I can always appreciate. Not to mention they have a drive thru, which isextra convenient on the go. Highly would recommend this location for any Chipotle lovers out there. Read more
First time visit to this new Chipotle location which is almost walking distance from me. Wanted to try something different. My... go to for fake Mexican food is Taco Bell. I have to say I will remain a Taco Bell person. I arrived at the counter and therewas not one person in line. I had to wait a good 5 minutes for anyone to even greet me. They were there, right at the counter.Chatting amongst themselves. I finally got my order in and it got done quickly since they were not busy. The rest of theemployees kept chatting. My food was mediocre at best. Not crazy about Chipotle and I felt they deserved another try since ithad been a while. Well there you go. Read more
I haven?t ate meat in 7 years and they put meat in my sofritas order. Horrendous and unprofessional. Tried to get into contact... with store, automated system is garbage and won?t even let you talk to anyone at the store. Nice going chipotle. Read more
Terrible staff and lack of management. Prepare to get 90% rice and none of the little to none guacamole you ordered (if you... even get a part of your order for that matter) avoid this place like the plague, these people obviously don't care enough to putthe effort in. It seems like Casselberry will never get a decent Chipotle staff. Take your money elsewhere. Read more
Chipotle is a house brand name. The product sells itself in terms of food. What I didn?t get at this location was a sense anyone... legitimately cared about anyone they were serving at all. My burrito was a total mess, my wife?s quesadilla was completely burnton the outside un edible. I understand this a new location, and staffing issues have been a problem for every business, evenmajor corp. However, this location was not understaffed. The lack of leadership in the building is completely obvious as theyweren?t really busy, and complete chaos in the kitchen. Employees screaming back and forth to each other, rude things, right infront of customers. You can tell some of the employees were on edge. Disappointed in the money spent on my meal as we didn?t eatbut a couple of bites. Read more
A chipotle in this area was really needed, the ones nearby were always pack and was a pain to order or go to them. The location... is great, the inside is clean and everything was in stock, including their menu offerings and drink offerings. Service was alittle slow, but the food tasted the way it?s supposed to taste, great! The dine in area was clean however as for 6/30/2020there was no ac making the dine in experience not very good. Mason Golino is the man. Guy does it all. I come here every week with friends (sometimes more) and each time Mason always has a... smile on his face. I constantly see him running around and either cleaning or helping the other employees. He is what everyemployee should inspire to be. As a Chipotle shareholder and devoted customer, I would highly recommend this location keeps thisguy around. Read more
