Tried this little hidden Gem and boy was the food as good as the hype. I had a Gyro with the Hummus and warm pitas, and a side... of Falafel. Super yummy. Great food and nice service from a super nice couple and their hired help. Everything is homemade and delicious, including... hummus and tabouli. Various slices of cake and baklava as well. Clean and updated inside with plenty of room. Wasn't busy at allon a Thursday lunch. This place is a hidden gem. Prices are very affordable and were considered very cheap pre-COVID. But likeeverywhere else, prices went up a good 30-40% after COVID. Read more
This place is another one of those wonderful little ?hidden gems? located in an old office/retail plaza (RegencynSquare) on SR... 436 in Casselberry, FL. I was expecting a tiny hole-in-the-wall type of eatery but I was surprised at how roomy it is inside. Or maybe it was because the tables were spaced far apart, no doubt due to the current Covid regulations. Regardless, I alsonoticed that this restaurant was VERY clean. Orders are taken by a friendly server at a walk-up window with the menuprominently displayed. Not a huge selection but everything on offer looked appetizing so I chose the gyro and for an extra$2.95 I made it a combo with the addition of a drink and a side (stuffed grape leaves.). The stuffed grape leaves weredelicious. The gyro was good and they were very generous with the meat, even if it wasn?t the traditional halal roll carved offa spit. It was still a very decent meal, though. Make sure to save room for dessert or do what I did and get it to go becausetheir baklava is absolutely THE BEST! And it?s very reasonably priced, too. Finally tried Papa Sabz after hearing all the hype for a while, and I was definitely blown away. The service is phenomenal,... prices are good, food is DELICIOUS, and the place is so nicely decorated. The desserts are amazing too. Will definitely be back. Read more
I really do LOVE the food and owner and have been going to this place quite frequently since opening. However, more often then... not we would get home (after ordering over the phone or online) and find our order was wrong or food was missing. We go atleastonce, maybe twice a month and just very disappointed with the service provided. Just got home and found cucumbers and notzaztiki, even tho I ordered a gyro with nothing on it and tzaztiki on the side. Luckily I bought some from Aldi, because theykeep forgetting my tzaztiki and it happens so frequently. It has been like this for the past 4 or 5 months and not the serviceit used to be. Read more
