Staff is always very nice.
Made a special trip to this Sally's to buy a product that was accompanied by a special offer of a free product. As it typically... happens at this Sally's as well as others I've been to, they were completely out of the "free" product and would not allow asubstitution. When I spoke to the ladies at the check out about the product being out, they offered a rain check and nothingelse. This is typical attitude for the employees at Sally's including managers. Zero customer service and zero concern for anyinconvenience caused to the customer. They both looked annoyed at the fact that I suggested that they speak to management aboutthe frequency with which they run out of products that are on sale and on advertisement. I asked for a phone number formanagement so that I could provide some feedback and all I got was an 800 number for customer service and that with a verysurley attitude from the woman at the counter. I will indeed reach out until I get someone from management to provide feedbackon how terrible these people are running this establishment. Sadly they offer products that are not available at the nearbyretail stores. Read more

The manager at Store 1254 WOW'D me. She went above regular customer service. By her going out to other stores to pick up other... products that I needed.So,that I wouldnt have to go out my way.The customer service is always outstanding at this store. I have been to many Sally's in the area. This location is by far the best even though I have to drive a bit farther. Friendly... service, knowledgeable staff. The manager Jesse was very helpful as I searched for the item I needed for my hair. I wouldn't goto any other Sally's. Read more
Today I went to that store and the lady forgot to give me 2 of my items. If find that absolutely ridiculous and I am Furious.
This store has not had working AC for three days in a row. You can tell the poor employees are suffering miserably. It's a shame... the company doesn't care about their employees HEALTH and WELL BEING. Makes me sick they make their employees work like this inthe Florida heat. Way to go Sally Beauty! I arrived at the location only to find a ' be back in 10 minutes" sign on the door. I waited for a few minutes and then I saw... the salesperson unlock the door. She was apparently the only person in the store and she is obviously not feeling well. I makemy purchase as quickly as possible and leave the store. Read more
