ZERO Star. Just picked up $40 of food and everything was cold and stale like it was sitting there for hours. The onion rings... were the worst. Rock hard. Not only was the food discusting the service was just as bad. Waited 5 minutes in drivethru waitingfor someone to greet me. Went to the window and knocked and yelled.. Still nobody. This tip thing is getting ridiculous. Why are you asking me for tip BEFORE providing me any service? Was me not tipping the... reason my already overpriced burger, fries and kids meal were sitting on the counter getting cold for five minutes before theemployee bothered to hand it over to me? Do your employees now decide the level of service they provide based on tipsgiven? Your food went up 50%+ in the last two years, I?m paying over $20 for a cheapest whopper meal and a kids meal wile thefood and service is just as bad as when it was $12 two years ago for the same combo, but now I?m asked for a tip? This is the most discussing place to eat, we turned around and walked out. The floor was so dirty, slippery, needed a good... sweeping and the tables where smeared as if cleaned with dirty water. The counter where you order your food was so dirty withcrums a woman had to wipe it with her hand before putting her purse down. Gross. This was at 11 am on a Wednesday. Why is it that whenever space is needed, it's always the spots designated for people with disabilities that are used as spare... space? Went to get a couple burgers... had to park elsewhere... they needed that exact spot for ....toilets. Read more
The service at this location is brutal! I would give 0 stars if I could. I know they are short staffed because I saw a sign... that they are looking to hire, but the service has been terrible at this restoparc for over a decade. Management needs to stepup their game and get some proper staff in there. Same with the pizza hut next door. Read more
