Absolutely ???? horrible! Service was not the greatest at all. Got home counted out the chicken and was missing 2 pieces, I... called they said nothing they could do!! The chicken was burnt, skin half off most pieces, looked disgusting, taste was verydry. Overall not very good at all. Not happy. Read more

What I witnessed at this KFC disgusted in front of me, the attendant who was preparing the food took a piece of wipe, blew her... nose right in front and disposed of the wipe and she put some alcohol disinfectant on her hand and immediately touched theprepared food, if a person whom I presume is sick, they should've have a mask, wear gloves and a kitchen apron so the properprecautions are taken to prevent germs or diseases infecting the food, I no longer wantorder my meals at this location, A memoshould be sent to this franchisee by the Ontario food safety commission on it's regulations. I didn't order today but I still have to speak my mind from my last order there last week! I had chicken tenders that weren't... hot enough. It's one thing to cook in the fryer than leave it in the warmer to serve to customers. It's another thing if thechicken has been in the warmer for a period of time. If the chicken has been in the warmer for a period of time. It needs to goin the garbage. In the event that you don't want to throw it in the garbage and still serve it to the customer! Than it needs togo back into the fryer for at least a minute to at least get it stifling hot. No one wants to be eating Luke warm chickentenders. Temperature Danger Zone is between 4 degrees Celsius and 60 degrees Celsius! So if it was Luke warm that means it was55 to 59 Celsius. Luke warm could lead to customers getting sick. Keep that in mind all the time! Chicken should always be 70degrees Celsius and higher when serving! Always have a thermostat nearby to check the proper temperature at all times. Go theextra mile and make sure it goes to 74 degrees Celsius as this is the perfect temperature for hot chicken. Plus the temp has tojump to 74 not slowly go up as this is another sign that it needs to go in for another minute or two. Read more
