Service at McDonalds Restaurants has been going downhill for some time but my latest experience was especially frustrating. I... decided against the long line at the drive thru and went inside. Big mistake. McDonalds has set up more and more ways of takingorders but no way to make them any faster so the orders pile up and everyone waits far too long. I gave my order to a person,whom I'm quite sure was a manager, in the most clear and concise way I could and I had to repeat every aspect of it for them tounderstand. I was corrected on the proper size names, I waited 30 minutes for three ice creams, and was argued with when I saidI was missing a spoon.. I will never stop in to this McDonalds again. Read more
Order is rarely accurate. Not the friendliest staff. Good location off the highway however. Near EV charging.
Popped in at 630 from a road trip. The place is massive , unfortunately they are not equipped for supper rushes. The inside... lobby was packed from 1 door to the next. The drive thru was backed up out onto the street. We went to A&W and it was brand newand closed at 7pm. What kind of town is Castleman ??? They get the Hillbilly thubs down!!!! Read more

Unfortunately they lack in workers like anywhere else so even if there are only 3 other cars in front of you at the drive-thru,... it takes forever to get your food. Home cooking has become faster and it is healthier too. Read more

We've been to Bevo twice in the past 2 months and the service and food has always been excellent.
Fast and accurate orders. I always ask for no liquid sugar in my ice coffee and they nail it every time.
