Glad w? gave it another try a few months ago. Great quality food and service.
I had ordered a nutella pizza but when I got it, it seemed the nutella was cooked onto the pizza as it looked and smelled... completely burnt. The berries were also either cooked with the pizza or heavily microwaved from frozen as they were steaming hotand reduced to mostly jelly. When I called to inquire about this, I was told there was nothing to be done as it's apparentlyalways made this way and was hung up on. When I called again asking for a refund I was told I would get one via text message butultimately never got one. Not impressed at all, doubt I will be ordering from here again. Read more

Placed an order online tonight as we have done many times, food never showed up. Called the store and after waiting on and off... hold for 15 minutes, I was told they lost the order (even though I had a receipt). I then asked for a refund, and was told Ineeded to myself contact a separate company responsible for processing the order. Really poor customer service here tonightguys.
