The Cassville Mo. location are not doing their jobs! I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hash browns got home and only had 2... sandwiches and 1 has brown. I have complained about not getting my complete order several times and it has continued! They werenot that busy this morning to start messing up orders. No one pays attention to what you say when you go through the drive thruand that is why 98% of the time at any time of day I DO NOT RECEIVE MY FULL ORDER!!!! Read more

Went for late dinner on a Wednesday. Wanted a chocolate shake but, they were out of chocolate syrup??? Got a strawberry and... vanilla shake with 2 fresh fish sandwiches. They could have put the fish on the bun properly and a bit more sauce. Staff wasfriendly and apologize for not having chocolate shake. Read more
McDonalds has flies in the fries and ants everywhere in that store and still sell them and employee don?t wash their hands on... the clock and there are racist employees towards African Americans and Hispanics making jokes bout race and more makingwatermelon and kool-aid jokes and downgrading African Americans and the manager KAYLA FRANCISCO told an Hispanic employee hecouldn?t speak his own language this McDonald?s is going down hill and nobody cares and act like it?s normal and okay.McDonald?s needs an complete new change on managers and give the people who actually deserve it and know there coworkers andemployees and treat them with the same treatment and respect they except . I haven?t personally been in a McDonald?s in a few months, specifically this location. Just being honest here. The floor was... filthy with food, cigarette buds and trash as well as both trash bins overflowing. A strong orderly?s smell rushed into ournoses as we walked in. There were an unhealthy number of flies and the employees were just struggling with getting orderscorrect all around us. Not overly busy at the time either. Also, the tea container was open the entire time we were there andthe ketchup dispenser did not work and wasn?t addressed even after they were told numerous times. (Could have taken many morepictures) I really hope to see someone step up and care of this nicely remodeled facility. Read more
