Our first time to try their new lunch buffet. It was good but sparse. Very few dressing choices for the salads. I'm sure as they... get used to it they will step up their buffet game. They should probably hire a few more waitresses for the Sunday buffet asthey were too busy to even keep up with the refilling the buffet or even to stop and refill drinks. I was attempting to host a pizza party for my employees and had placed an online order the night before to be ready at 12:30... p.m. When my driver got there my order was not ready and he had to circle the parking lot waiting for my order. By the time thepizza got there I had already had to feed my employees because our work day was fixing to commence. I did not at all appreciatePizza Hut wasting my time and money. Read more
We sat at a table had to get up and get our own drinks because she never brought it to the table. Waited 30 minutes went to the... counter to find out about our food and they hadn't even started it yet. So we left. Went across the street to subway and it wasdelicious. Read more
We visited on a Sunday around 11:30 am. There was one other table besides us. The server was quick to bring us our food but that... was the end of it. We were there around an hour and were never checked on again. No refills on our drinks. We had to flag herdown to even get our check. Glad it wasn't busy. Read more
Seems like bad management. 7 employees and several tables had dishes on them. They even ran out of their regular drinking cups... because no one had washed any dishes. Yes they were busy. However , there were times they were horsing around when they couldhave been working on clearing tables. Waitress did as good as she could to keep up. Read more
We ordered a Hand Tossed And got a Greasy thin crust! We told them we ordered a Hand Tossed! His reply was this is Hand Tossed!... The crust was terrible so greasy it was like a sponge! Then we asked for a box! They brought us a box that had already had apizza in it with sauce spelt in it! Cassville was one of the best around! But this trip was terrible!! Read more
We ordered a Supreme pizza. arrived with Pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms. And one of the crumbled meats, was so burnt could not... tell which one. I called and they offered to remake. Ok please do. $18.00 for a 3 topping pizza a little much. New pizzaarrives; Same thing other than they threw a couple of onions on it. This time not only was the crumbled meat burnt, so was thecrust. Every single time I get Pizza Hut there's something unsatisfactory with my order. My 11 year old who has autism likes PH... otherwise I'd never get it!! Either they don't cut the pizza, they forget the marinara or flat out add the wrong toppings! Ihate Pizza Hut!! Read more
