Absolutely love the Cassville, MO Taco Bell location! Great service, friendly staff, and the store is hardly busy when it comes... to in-store traffic (at least for the times I've been there)..But yet busy enough to stay open which is what you'd want to see.Highly recommend this location! Read more

I ordered a bean burrito with black beans subbed in. It was so spicy it burned my mouth. I went In to ask why the bean burrito... was that spicy, saying "I just need to know what I ordered on it that was too spicy for me to eat so that I do not order itagain." That was it. I did not demand my money back or a replacement. The counter person just told me he didn't cook it. Itold him that I knew he didn't and again simply said I just do not want to make the same mistake with my order again. He lookedvery confused and flustered so I gave him what was left of my burrito and left. I am pretty agitated that I paid 5 dollars fora black bean burrito, and even more so that it was one I couldn't eat. Do not waste your time or money here! Read more
