Stop at this particular location for other people. They continue to order from them, so they must like it! What I always find... interesting is that the staff turnover in these places must be constant. I have never ever seen the same people twice, forgetabout months or years. I frequently stop here for a rest break. This time restrooms were locked with sign saying you had to make a purchase to use.... Difficulty placing order, too busy with drive thru. I didn't want to take food into bathroom! Employee had to leave service areato go unlock door!! I hope he washed his hands. Read more
Be aware.....certain employees will not give you dipping sauce without charging you for it. Never had a problem before tonight... when the employee working the drive thru insisted on charging me for them. Service seems to be getting worse here. Read more

Well first of all the lobby is dirty. We've been here at various points in the day and no one is cleaning the floors nor the... tables. Second the bathrooms are locked and they only open them if you buy something, which is fine I understand, BUT thebathrooms are disgusting. You'd think keeping them locked and only opening them for paying customers they would be able to keepthem cleaner. Honestly just disappointing, we've been coming here for years and it's just gone downhill. I'm not expecting afive star restaurant, but a basic level of cleanliness would be nice. Read more
Horrible service, went thru drive thru food was old. Walked in 2 request substitute, manager refused to give substitute because... I ate 1 nugget. Wouldn't give$ back. Manager Laura, proceeded to ignore me and go back to texting. So I left with no food 13$less, and had 2 eat elsewhere. Unbelievable! Read more
