I don't know whether all McDonald's changes but feel disappointed in the filet-o-fish. It was dried too much.
I stopped by the drive thru here the Sunday after Thanksgiving, on the way back to San Diego, to grab some lunch, and this is... one of the better McDonalds I have been to. The drive thru line moved quickly, and the food came out hot and fresh, and tastedgreat as a result. Read more
Unfortunately I have i give this location a one star. Especially considering the situation as soon follows. We ordered three... things through the drive-thru at 6:30am coming south from Oregon to visit my Grandfather after my Grandmother just passed. Ourorder was small. Large black coffee, bacon and cheese McGriddle, and sausage egg McMuffin. Shortly after receiving the order weopened the bag and discovered we had none of the (2) items ordered. The only thing correct was the coffee. I was forced then topark and go inside. There I stood in a 15 minute line, with the wrong order in hand, because I was told by the employees to doso for the correction to happen (as though I was ordering for the first time). Once I reached the front and explained theproblem they asked me to wait to the side while the correct order was made. I waited another 15 minutes before receiving thatcorrected order. All-in-all, I spent about 45+ minutes at this McDonald's location. Resultantly, I incurred HEAVY additionaldelays due to traffic (and one additional refueling stop) throughout the rest of my trip from Grants Pass Oregon to Palm SpringsCalifornia to see my 93yr old grandfather. I can not recommend anyone go here if they expect to get the food or other itemsthey ordered correctly or quickly. This is a large McDonalds with lots of capacity. Our food was prepared quickly and hot. Our server was friendly. I would have... liked the restroom to be a little cleaner. I imagine it difficult to keep it clean with many people stopping. Read more
Every time we stop here they take too long and either have us wait in the drive through pickup or even wait if we go inside too... and sometimes mess up our order. They don?t seem to care at all I?ve even drove up at 5 minutes before they close and they lockthe doors even if I tell them I just need to use the restroom they just motion and wave us down the rode. At least if you go toBurgerKing and you have to wait they?ll offer you something for your long or extra long wait. Read more
I contacted them in advance as a stopping place for dinner for 80 sixth grade students after a field trip. They were so... accommodating. Not only did they have the order all ready when we got there, but they told us teachers and bus drivers gottheir meal for free! Thank you for being so easy to work with. Read more
Pulled up to the second speaker. Waited and they kept taking all the orders from the first speaker and NOT the one I was at.... After they took 3 orders from other people the line behind me was now very long I decided to go over to jack in the box and gotsome chicken tenders with curly fries. Will never visit this location again. Read more
Food was cold, people were rude, and I will never go back there. McDonald's has really gone down hill everywhere.
