Ignored when I walked in the door to pick up my order. I was then told to wait for another delivery order going first. My order... was supposed to be ready 4 minutes earlier and I am on a tight lunch schedule at work. All this happening while theowner/manager was at a seat not 12ft away. HORRIBLE service. Severely understaffed. 1 person working there, and they rely on nearby DoorDash drivers for delivery. If there are none in your... area, they'll let your food sit for 2+ hours without calling. This location should be closed by now. Read more
They said it would take 35 to 40 minutes to get my order but when it was ready I had to wait for Door Dash to deliver it.... Arrived cold in an hour and twenty minutes after I ordered it. When I placed the order they never said anything about it takinglonger than advertised and when I called after an hour they still just said it was out for delivery. Horrible customer service. Ordered a pizza at 9pm for delivery after not hearing anything at 10:55pm i call and ask for a refund lady who picked up said... sorry the driver dropped off one pizza and then decided not to drop yours off. so you take my phone number when i order and canteven call me after your driver decides not to finish his delivery and let me know so i can get a refund. worst service Read more
Ordered here on 4/29 just before the lunch rush. Their small team took on a separate stretch order of what looked like 25+... pizzas so I had to wait a few extra minutes for my individual pizza but it was well worth it. The pizza had everything I wantedand tasted super fresh. The supervisor did a great job but could probably use an extra employee to help during the lunch rush.I?ll definitely be coming back. First i was shocked with the 1.40 service charge. I order extra cheese 2.50 and i had a little round bubble about the size of... quarter on one slice which featured no cheese on it. A little hollow tasting. Total charge was almost 20 for a little morethan half of this cost I could of had a tastier version of lil cesars. Service was quick and friendly. Read more
Gross. We ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza and boneless mild Buffalo wings and fries and comes with no ranch it was extra.... Chili flakes & pramesan cheese is also extra to sprinkle over your pizza. Everything had a old out dated taste to it all. I willnever give pizza hut my money again. I hadn't been in 15 years and the kids were hungry so we feed them pizza hut cause it wasclose by to where we were going on the way. Your $13 pizza will turn into $20 with the extra "Service Fee" they change on top of the price + tax. Then they will not even... give you cheese and peppers for free. They now charge for these items. Wow, I will go to Ameci down the street from now on. Read more
