i wish i could say this freaking awesome location of Taco Bell in Castaic, CA has more than five stars because they do ..... and... exceptional service every time i visit no matter what time of which day.... nor if i visit via drive thru, or even dine-in....they always serve me as if i am important and treat me that way just because the customers are the most important thing theytruly show in their work ethic and loyalty to the brand itself. thank you guys u r kicka$$ (?????????????)?? Very good service employees are friendly. And clean place.
We ordered some food but they took a while to serve it.
We went through the drive thru. Staff was very friendly and food was served promptly and hot.
Placed a vegetarian order, saw it was made wrong with meat so went to go back to have it remade. After the remake with the... receipt right next to them, they then made the wrong order again. They proceeded to do this again before I needed to request arefund. None of the employees cared that they were unable to fulfil an order with three separate chances. When I first ordered,my order was taken by a friend of an employee who happened to be in the restaurant. Extremely unprofessional. Incapable offulfilling an order with several chances and the exact ingredients next to them. Would sum it up as a bad day if it was wrongtwice, but they are purely neglectful. Read more
This is a pretty bomb Taco Bell I went to for the first time on the day Taco Bell brought back the Mexican Pizza. While the... Taco Bell near our house in Valencia was out of Mexican Pizza, this location in Castaic had it. The Taco Bell was not crowdedat all, clean, and had fast service. And the Mexican Pizza was delicious. Stopped by on my way to Long Beach and bought a 7 layer burrito with a small drink. The establishment was well kept and very... clean. Restroom were also spotless. A good place to stop by after a very long drive. Read more
