There lobby has been closed for months. They say they can't get any help even though when I go to the drive thru I usually see... 4 people working. The only Hardee's in the area that has a closed lobby. I would love to go eat breakfast on my day off anddrink a coffee and get a refill, but that's not happening.. Finally they have the lobby open. You should change your hours if nobody is going to actually work or serve customers after 7pm. Drove to an alternate location... because my sick mom really wanted Hardee's where I proceeded to wait 15 minutes in drive thru AFTER my order was complete andpaid for for her food. Literally paid $1 a minute to wait. Glad I didn't get $30 worth of food. Read more
