Hesitant when trying mexican food outside of Texas, but gave this spot a try on our way through town and was not disappointed.... Friendly service, good chips and salsa and the enchiladas were stuffed full of meat. Definitely recommend this place to anyonewanting to try it out for their first time!! Ate at Las Fajitas the other day. The staff was friendly. We got our food quickly. I got the street tacos Al carbon. They had a... little twist to them (addition of pineapple). I think I would have preferred more traditional, but I enjoyed the plateregardless. They also had some gluten free options. Read more
