Update.. Unfortunately had to drop a couple stars as service and attitude from the Saturday afternoon crew has been consistently... bad. Crabby attitudes and 20+ min wait for a simple coffee, watching them serve drive through customers over and over prior tothe customers in the store. Store only had 2 people ordering. I love this place for a number of reasons. The staff is alwaysfriendly polite and joyful which I love. They seem to have a great menu with gluten-free options as well. Coffee tastes MUCHBETTER than that burnt Starbucks junk. Read more
We love Ziggy's and we're so thankful to have another coffee shop in the area so we don't have to give our money to Starbucks.... Prices and coffee are great and we love the chocolate covered espresso beans! Read more
Our drinks were very tasty. The service was delayed. They never called my name so we waited for about 15min to get our food that... was just sitting there. O?well it was delish and so were the drinks. Staff was nice Read more
We came in with a gift card, and their computers were having issues running the card. The girl working the register wouldn?t... work with us or get the manager to help. She said there was ?nothing she could do.? She didn?t even apologize for theinconvenience. I understand the coffee shop was busy, but the rudeness could have been avoidable with an easy apology. Everyone is so very sweet and friendly no matter how busy it is. I enjoy how peaceful it is and how good the coffee is. Always... ask the cashier what their favorite coffee is and give it a try, it's always worth the mystery. Read more

Only did drive thru for coffee. Loved the chocolate covered beans, coffee was pretty ordinary.
