Sad,another once outstanding restaurant bites the dust! First, the prices,I know it's inflation, I know all about price hikes... but Really??!! We,the Mrs & I have eaten at so many Black-eyed-Peas over more than 3 decades in so many states,even multipletimes at this one when we lived in Colorado Springs & Denver in a 6 yr period. Haven't been here in over 5 yrs, live inAlbq,NM now,was looking forward to a meal. Then we saw the prices,ate here anyway, meats were good,but less in size,bread haschanged, not as good, now served with a tasteless margarine not real butter. Glazed carrots, so sweet could cause a cavity &soaked soft, not naturally steamed like a true southern carrot would & should be,1 word "nasty". We both had a side ofrice,broccoli & cheese, veggie again over done,cheese like Velveeta & rice not even close to enjoyable(didn't eat much ofit,should have sent it back. Onion rings,well they had to get something right. Overall BeP ain't what it used to be but itcosts a whole lot more for a down grade in quality. A Shame, used to love eating here,won't be returning, at least to thisrestaurant, if I was the owner I'd be ashamed & rightfully so! Read more
If you are going to outlet malls, visit is must to Black eyed pea. We simply loved every single thing we ordered. We had corn... bread cup cakes, bread muffins, baked loaded potato, salad and stake. Everything was yummy. Our server was very nice and highenergy. Read more
Love this place. The hubby and I always get the country fried steak with spicy sauce and fries. The kids meal comes with freshly... baked cookies. The bread is so warm and melt in your mouth butter. Definitely recommend this place to anyone Read more
5 stars! Quality of our meal was excellent & the portion sizes were impressive. Rolls & cornbread were included as a nice... surprise. Down home cookin' at great prices! The Black-eyed Pea has something for everyone. You want appetizers, check. Steak or Chicken,... check. Pasta or soup, check. If you can't find something off of the menu here, you might as well just stay home. Dinnertime canget a little crowded so plan accordingly. If you are looking for a warm meal, with friendly service and prices that won't breakthe bank, Black-eyed Pea should be at the top of your list. Read more

Beautiful day outside to be able to sit on the patio and enjoy lunch. Customer service: friendly, kind and courteous. Food: it... wasn?t bad, the club sandwich is HUGE and a great portion. The burger was just okay and the same can be said about thefries. Not bad on the price, but overall a solid experience. Read more
every time we order takeout from this location, we are impressed with the quality and quantity of food given. They did change... their rice and broccoli casserole recipe recently, and not for the better, as it has GIANT mushrooms in it now and it never usedto. Otherwise we love y?all. Read more
