Our visit to this Barranca Ln. location, was less than typical. Management appeared irritated when we asked for a correct... receipt for our order, that we'd just placed; as we'd been given someone else's. My brother's Whopper was VERY dry, with almostzero sauce, and NO flavor. It was disappointing to say the least. My Impossible (plant-based) Whopper was just OK. So far, each visit has resulted in lackluster food, part of order missing, salt on my french toast sticks, dry and crumbly buns,... my credit card not being handed back, and so forth. For the credit card situation, when I called to see if it was there, I wasmade to feel as though it was my fault they didn't hand it back to me.? I love BK. However, I'm deciding to take a break fromthe Castle Rock location for a bit, hoping things will turn around for the better soon. Update for 2022 year... New managementhas resulted in 5 star experience at this location. My husband eats here at least once a week. The customer service and food arealways on point. Unlike a 'noodles' restaurant nearby where customers are Literally treated like 'felons'. Keep up the greatwork BK. And..thank you for realizing there were issues and actually fixing said issues!
