I really want to support local breweries?even with the high prices. ($7.50 for a 16 oz beer). I got this glass at Oktoberfest... because all the bartenders kept selling me if you bring it back, you?ll get a 20 oz pour for the price of 16 oz. That?sactually really smart for a brewery. I took a picture of a pour the other day?definitely not 20 oz. It may not have even been16 oz. It wasn?t busy but the bartender wanted to focus more on her conversations with the owner and a few others at the barversus pouring a beer correctly. Please train the bartenders to take their time on a correct pour. Otherwise, this is by farand away the best brewery in Castle Rock!!! Read more

My crowler fill up cost me $30 + tax for the imperial stout. Steep price for me but the beer is tasty and so I am satisfied. The... beer tenders were friendly and chatted with me while I waited for the fill up. I liked the place, it felt comfortable. Read more

One of the top breweries in Colorado. Great staff and very innovative beers. Go to Burly if you haven?t been.

Great brewery with great beers. Had a red ale and sat on the patio out front while enjoying the food truck. The friendly service... and atmosphere definitely made it a place I?d go back. Family friendly too, I hear they have awesome events. Read more

The beer here is top tier. The seltzer is also probably the best in Colorado, no exaggeration. They are colorful and potent in... flavor. The staff is professional and the environment is clean and friendly. Definitely worth a drive if you don't live closeby. If you do live close by and you don't come here regularly, you are missing out. Read more

It's worth going out of your way to find this semi-hidden brewery. The indoor seating area is huge and the beer list is just as... long. We especially love it because it doesn't serve food, so our dog can hang out inside. But, if you're hungry, there'susually a food truck outside on weekend nights. Read more
