Do you like Chipotle but wish there was any flavor at all? Do you like more choices for meat besides chicken or burnt beef? Are... that person that that keeps saying more as they are scooping rice into your bowl? This place is not for you if you thinkcilantro lime rice has flavor. Is salt and paprika too hot for you? If this doesn?t describe you then you should come herebecause there is lots of flavor. This place is bomb and I would eat here daily if there was one close to me in the ColoradoSprings area. This place has the potential to be so good, but they are so inconsistent! More often than not, the lentils are undercooked and... hard, they almost always forget to add the asked for items, leave something out, or don?t include it in the quantity asked foreven though you pay for it. I have ordered from them semi-regularly, only once or twice have I had no complaints. When they aregood, they are GOOD! But sadly, they are usually messing something up. Got recommended to this restaurant by a few friends, I?m from the springs, let me just say I have found my new favorite... restaurant the food is amazing, the team here probably best restaurant I?ve been to in castle rock the customer service is topnotch, I saw a gentlemen I assume the owner/manager speaking with a few table and offering some samples and when he came to meoffered my wife and I a sample was amazed at the service and did I say the food is great? Today was my first time trying CAVA and I was so impressed. We have a similar restaurant in California, but the options here are... much more diverse (and delicious). The customer service was great, they made it easy and fun to build my own bowl. I also lovedtheir drink options.
