The name of the gentleman who too my order shows Richard on my receipt. He was so kind and talked to you Like he?s known you for... years. He did a great job of attempting to upsell without being pushy or rude. But more than all that. He found something tocompliment his customers on and was telling the staff being the counter what a great job they were doing. It?s nice to see thepositivity. Went 07.23.22 - They were out of three of the four main sandwich breads they make and sell. Staff didn't care or even attempt to... make a concession. The ciabatta that I had to eat my club off of was dry and stale. Can't order online half time due to errors.Delivery never works. Quality of the food and service has gone down hill since we started eating here a few years ago. Thisplace is garbage. Overpriced Garbage. Also there was trash all over the dining room. Save your money and eat at subway. It'll bebetter. I'm literally never eating here again. This is the second time I've been disappointed. I will not give them a thirdchance. Read more
This is my first time in a Kneaders. There's a pretty large selection of baked goods, breads, sweets, rolls, loaves to take... home. I had the French bread with my Chicken Avocado Bacon Salad. The bread was very fresh with a slight sourdough flavor, nice.The butter is good. The salad is large, good value for $10.99. The chicken tasted sort of like rotisserie style, recently cookedand flavorful. The avocado was just right. Bacon wasn't greasy. I liked the mix of lettuces and it was quite fresh too. Good sweets and stuff. I had the French Toast it was good but the strawberries were not so fresh. People were nice.
This location is hidden in the back of the parking lot. They are great loafs of bread, we got a blueberry lemon loaf. It was... great. The banana pudding is great but it is a small portion. The tarts are ok. The mocha is very hot. Customer service isaverage and the prices are average as well. I do recommend this location if you are in the area. They are also hiring at 17.50an hour. Good easy stop right off the Castle Rock exit. I got the chicken salad sandwich and it was ok but very mayonaisey. Limited... coffee options. The smoothies were very tasty, try the peach. Unfortunately the lobby was closed due to staff shortages but theyhave a drive through. I hope the establishment can afford to pay their workers more and get some more employees. Read more
