Started a little rocky right off the bat, we were standing at the register area to order, before we could, the employee walked... off with no acknowledgement, we stood there for several minutes just wondering what was going on, fast forward to getting ourfood, I ordered the brisket cheeseburger, you couldn't even rip the brisket apart it was so tough, the manager happen to walk byso I told her, hey I'm just looking out for you guys but the brisket is tougher then beef jerky, she apologized and went back toher business she then came back towards the end of our visit and offered me a refund for I bought the most expensive thing theyhad and it's not the normal brisket they get. She definitely helped the review cause it wasn't gonna be a pretty one. Thanks formaking it right. Read more
The person at the register was super friendly but very inefficient. We waited 35 minutes for our lunch at 1:00 on a Saturday. ... Isn't this quick serve? They were busy but not slammed by any means. During our very long wait, we watched the girl running thefood around bring just one item at a time with the rest of the table waiting 5+ minutes before the rest of the items weredelivered. When we finally got our food, the burger was pretty good but the fries were completely cold. The bathroom wasfilthy. The sign at the front says they are under new management. I think this is a counterfeit SmashBurger. A real SmashBurger wouldn?t put mayo and tomato on my Colorado burger after I asked... for no mayo or tomato. And even if they did, they wouldn?t ?fix? it by removing the tomato and slapping a new bun on the mayocovered patties. And a real SmashBurger wouldn?t give me a mostly empty cup of fries and call it a ?medium sweet potato smashfry.? (See picture) I?d be very disappointed to learn that this is a genuine location of my favorite burger joint. I asked fora refund, and went to CAVA instead, but I can?t get the time I wasted back. Somehow, a grilled chicken sandwich still managed to be greasy. Tater tots were a better dietary choice than sweet potato fries... (check the website for nutritional information), Chicken tenders were too breading-y, but still tasted ok. Decent food,reasonable service. Read more
Didn't even get to try the food because an entire hour before they were scheduled to close, some kid with glasses tells us "we... can't make your food tonight, I just don't think we have the staff for it" meanwhile there is nobody else in the restaurant, andit's 4 people working. If the workers don't want to work, at least put a closed sign. What a great first experience. Read more
Filthy! Only 1 other customer In the place and there was not one clean table. We stood at the counter to order and weren't... greeted for about 3 minutes because everyone was standing around. When we got our food the order was wrong. Asked for themushrooms ordered and the cook looked confused. So disappointed we will never go back! Read more
Never been to a Smashburger because I live out of state. They were supposed to be something special from what I heard. When we... arrived, we were told there would be a 20 minute wait for our food for an unknown reason. We agreed to wait and went to thebathroom in order to wash our hands. You know, Covid thing before we ate. The first bathroom had no water or towels or handdryer and had used towels all over the floor. The next bathroom had water but no towels or dryer. Napkins from the dining roomdid the trick. The burger, when it came, tasted good but was not overwhelming good for the hype, and the nearly $4 large Smashfries was small and not worth the price either. In print, the food looks amazing. In reality, no where close and the conditionof the store was not clean. We were very disappointed and will not visit a Smashburger again. Read more
