The young ladies who work here are outstanding! They always make my non fat latte perfectly. Although I could talk all day about... them I do have a complaint, I saw a shrewd older woman with glasses who I am guessing is their manager yelling at one of thosepoor girls she always seems to have a sour attitude? I believe one of the one of the workers called her Ashley or amber?Regardless keep up the good work ladies and hopefully your management changes Xoxo Read more

Found this Starbucks when I-25 was shut down earlier today. They were packed inside and out in drive thru,, but so incredibly... patient and went above and beyond to make my order right when car in front pulled out of line. Read more

this location is extremely frequently out of 80%+ of their products. it has been months of continuous out of stock while... locations further away don?t have the same issue nearly as often. thought it was maybe shortages, but I think it?s just badmanagement reading other reviews. drive to castle rock, it?s 5 extra minutes and they?re quality and quantity is much better. Very disappointed. I stopped by this morning with 2 of my boys. My 25 year old and my as of today 14 year old. We ordered 3... drinks and 3 birthday cake pops. After paying for everything my 25 year old son asked if it was a birthday do you get a freebirthday cake pop. My autistic 14 year old sons face lit up thinking he was going to get another birthday cake pop. The managersaid no. Heartless. If a 3 dollar cake pop would break your company you could have asked me to pay for it without him knowing.Do you have any idea how much money I spend at Starbucks on a very regular basis. Coffee mugs, cups drinks etc....obviously itis way to much money. If you can't spare a birthday cake pop to any child not just my own for their birthday then I don't seeany reason to ever give any Starbucks my money. I will share my review on everything I can. I will get our coffee, tea, drinksetc...anywhere but Starbucks. The next time a child or their parent asks for a birthday cake pop for that child's birthday don'tbe so heartless or cruel. It is 3 dollars and your franchise is a multi-million dollar company. Your prices are high enough thatI believe you can afford some cake pops given to children on their special day. Remember those children will grow up one day andthey will also have to decide where they take their business. Wouldn't it be amazing if they told stories to possibly theirfriends or their kids about going to a drink shop as a kid and getting a small birthday cake pop on their special day. Unlessyou do something about this (and I don't mean what happened this morning to my son) then I will choose to take my money to anyother coffee shop I can find. I will also tell family, friends and business associates what happened to my son on his Birthday.I tip more than 3 dollars for goodness sake. Read more

Ordered a small lemonade. Received a full cup of ice with lemonade. When I asked about it. "We use the same scoop for all sizes.... Next time order no ice." I forget why I don't go to Starbucks. Thanks for the reminder. Read more

Dustin took my order and was very informative! I asked for a Nitro in a Venti and her not only told me they can?t do it in that... size but he explained why. The explanation was what I appreciated the most! He also made recommendations to help assist me in myordering, as this is not my normal drink! When I got to the window Milton took my payment and was super friendly. I asked him aquestion and he was very knowledgeable as well! I would say this store trains their employees well! Way to go trainers andmanagers! I come down to this area often; however, this is my first time stopping at this store! I will be back! If I could giveit more stars I would!
