Update: They're getting much much better. The quality has returned. There are still times when you can tell the lettuce isn't... fresh, even gross, but the rest seems good or great. The bread is always great, never burnt or overcooked. The staff could befriendlier, but sometimes personalities are just different. Ultimately, I believe they're nice and kind, if not smiley orfriendly, and frankly, that's just fine! This was a great Subway about 3 months ago with a wonderful young lady who treatedeveryone nice and friendly. The staff now is clearly unhappy and does not want to be there. Their bread is old and always shortdue to not wanting to stock fresh bread. It's obvious the owner is the problem. We won't come back here. We used to come in twoor three times a week. Read more

I visited this Subway on 5/26/22 around 5:30pm and the two employees working at the time were amazing and very helpful. I was... having problems with my online order going through and they were very patient and attentive on trying to help me get the sillyapp to work properly. All in all great customer service! I love subway. Because I love sandwiches. Subway will always be subway. This one in particular, is good. The staff does... everything right and the fact it's locally owned by a Castle Rock resident makes it worth it. Granted, it's not a mom and popshop but those are not here. Read more

Not a good visit. Dropped in at 900a on a Tuesday - no other customers. Made eye contact with the young woman behind the... half-height wall and said hello - no response. Told her I was ready to order, only then did she move out to the assembly line.Very awkward interaction. Veggies in the back were frozen and looking bad (she said "back row always frozen"), veggies in thefront weren't ripe. Seemed upset when I asked for more than four tomatoes on the sandwich and extra pickles. That's a shamebecause I really only eat at Subway for the crisp vegetables. Finished the sandwich - she seemed disappointed that I wasn'tpaying with exact change. She gave no goodbye. That sucked. Not the kind of experience I'm used to getting, even at mediocrerestaurants. She clearly has nothing invested in the store or its performance. Read more
