Excellent quality. Well prepared. Unique rolls. Great flavor combinations. The crab stuffing was real crab not imitation. Very... fast and professional service. If I was to nit-pick, the mochi was a little too cold in the middle but they had 7 or 8 flavors. Read more

Decent Sushi place in Castle Rock! There was great service and the server gave some great recommendations on the rolls. I... personally did not think their tuna was that good but their salmon nigiri was solid. Will def come back here if I am cravingsushi again in Castle Rock. Read more

We are so happy to have above average sushi I town. Always friendly excellent service. The atmosphere is basic, with plastic... soda cups and mismatched sauce cups, but they more than make up for it with beautiful cuts and delicious sauces. Pro top...havethe new style yellow tail appetizer in ponzu sauce...wonderful! Read more

I will start off and say the wait staff was nice and they did a great job. My bill for one person was 130 with tip, which is a... little pricey . But if your getting a great meal it's not a problem. The best thing I had was the mussles. I would recommendtrying them for sure. The sashimi was fresh but the knife cuts were lacking pieces were all different sizes. All off the sushirolls that I got were just thrown together, rolls were loose and falling apart the cuts on the rolls were inconsistent somepieces were bite size then the next one was double or more in size.if your going to charge these types of priceses then you needto take more pride in what your doing and put out a product that reflects your pricing . Best sushi in Castle Rock. We had the Plum Creek, Red Rocks and some nigiri. It was all fantastic. Creative combos!

Being a re-newer establishment, this sushi restaurant now owned by a young prosperous and ambitious 21 year old have started off... on the right direction. The food is amazingly good, the furniture being outdated still brings much promise to this business.COVID-19 has been a damper for most businesses and though the young owner brought this restaurant back after the previousowner?s unfortunate age related death, it still struggles with the need for employees. I encourage all in the surrounding are tocome support this sushi restaurant and the new and young thriving owner. Read more
