There service sucks,Can't talk or get a hold of anybody
They don't call you back....They won't give you a direct email for any employee. They dont have assigned case workers so... everyone passes the buck. This is a text book example of government ineffective cumbersome ways.They set a goal of returningcalls within 3 business days...but they never call. They are polite...when you go in and meet with them..because you have to goin .....or they just ignore you. They are happy...but are they incompetent or malicious? Read more
