Disgusting! This is the sponge they use to clean dishes that are used to make our orders. Looks like mold is growing on the... bottom of sponge. For the price they charge for their products, you would think they could afford new sponges. Read more

These 3 young ladies were being very very offensive and rude while taking my order and I have found it very hurtful and maybe... not be returning, you have lost my loyalty and respect towards this franchise, I think one of the ladies' names was Giana,Brooke, and Jaylene so rude and should be talked to. Treated super unfair and disrespectfully, One of the workers was sitting inthe kitchen while I had placed my order and it was packed. Vitality is one of the best spots in town! I ordered the vitality açaí bowl and it was amazing. It looked like there was only... two workers working the kitchen and taking orders and they got everything out very timely! The environment was great to sit downand eat peacefully. The food was decent but the place was dirty. It was not busy but all the girls on shift chose to hide in the back instead of... cleaning trash off the tables and floors. Even when bringing orders out to tables, the employees failed to pick up trash left bycustomers from previous orders. At one point I picked up trash off the floor so there would be a clean area to eat. It was clearthey only wanted to do the bare minimum and it has made me question the level of cleanliness used in preparing anything in thekitchen area. I do not think I will be coming back unless the management steps it up. Read more
