Why why why are all the burgerkings now only taking 1 order at a time through drive thru. I've sat here for 4 min now and still... waiting... I'm not sure it's to make your drive thru times meet bk expectations or what. Read more
The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the guy at the front counter was very nice. I ordered a double Texas whopper,... with onions rings and a drink. The whopper, and I'm not exaggerating, was *leaking* mustard, like an absurd amount of it. It wasall over the wrapper, it was a mess. There was 2 jalapeños on it but you couldn't taste anything because of the mustard. I spatit out and tried the onion rings......they were dark brown, stale, even with the sauce it was inedible. I had some pretty good whoppers from this place. That being said, the skuttlebutt is that despite how new and lovely this BK is,... management be skippin' on maintenance. Employees fantastic. Would be 5 stars, -1 star for management / owners. It's BK, upholdthe brand standards! Read more
Drive through was busy, but no one inside for awhile. The guy at the counter helped me right away, while still ordering, my... first sandwich was already made. Unfortunately, I changed what was on it, but it wasn't conveyed to the people in the back. Iguess a learning experience while not in rush mode. Floors felt a little sticky, after a couple minutes I was off. A couplepeople came inside when I left, but the drive through was still busy, people wanting their dinner. Read more
