Giving a 2 star because 25% of the time, our orders are right. However, that still leaves a whopping 75% of orders being wrong.... So if you come here, you may want to double check your order and make sure you get everything you pay for. Tonight? I was handedone chocolate milk and our sodas, but I ordered 2 chocolate milks with our order. I simply stated that I did order 2, and got aneye roll for a response. If it's a lazy night and you don't want to cook, feel free to come here, just make sure you check yourorder. Ignore the very slow wait time even when they aren't busy, poor customer service, and cold fries, because those are justthe cherries on top with the inaccuracy rate! If Longview/Kelso wasn't a 15-20 minute trip each way, I'd rather go to one ofthose.. ???? Read more
They either get it wrong or can never hear you. This time we started ordering and we weren't done with order she told us total... and that was it we said get into speaker she said yes and we said we're not done ordering. She ignored us so we had to back outand go to a sit down breakfast. Read more
The electronic in store order board canceled my order without any notification. They made me aware after I stood around for 10... minutes and everyone I was traveling with got their food. They did offer me the option to place my order again in hopes it wouldgo through. Screw them! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep driving don't stop here. Read more
The wait time for our food was a little long, even with no line. This location is connected to a Rocket Market, with Chevron... gas. The gas was $5.59, good stop for travelers. Read more

This McDonald’s is usually quite quick in their drive through, like is the standard of what most know about their local... McDonald’s. However from my past experiences most McDonald’s have a pretty high rate of mistakes in their orders.. howevermy local restaurant doesn’t seem to make very many mistakes. From what I have personally experienced they seem to be quick,usually polite, and very rarely have made mistakes in my order. Read more
Terrible quality of food, lettuce is slimy and brown. If this is what they consider edible, imagine what's under the breaded... items, chicken nuggets or even hidden under the sauce.. absolutely horrid tasting food. EAT HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET SICK, ONLY!! Read more
Frindy staff clean tables and quick service. I was struggling with the order on the on line booth and a charming young lady... came to my rescue immediately and didn't make mw look like a idiot either. Read more
