These folks never fail to make a good sandwich and they're always happy to do it.
Several time i ordered salads and this was not edible this time. Lets start with not having hardly any ingredients and my... portion size was smaller than i ever ever seen. The freshness was not good and. I took one bite and threw it away. For over 7dollars for all veggies was rediculous. I woukd have gotten chicken but they were out of that as well. Worse salad ever. My boyfriend and I ordered through the subway app tonight but the sandwiches we received were incredibly awful. Not only was the... cheese wrong, but they skimped on the ingredients so much. I used to eat here almost every week, usually using the app to order for both the deals and so it'd be done by the time I'm... there. The app tells you when its supposed to be done so I usually come around 5 minutes early, one time I went I sat there for2 hours waiting for my sandwich to finally be made and Its almost like every other time I come they don't read specialinstructions or mess up the sandwich. When they are out of a certain type of bread instead of telling you that they didn't havethe right bread, they just substitute it and send you home with it. If i could give this subway a zero star i probably would have. Me and my friend came in as a new employee was being trained. The... manager was walking her through how to make our sandwiches correctly. The lady was very nice but unfortunately they wereextremely stingy with the ingredients. My friend was first in line, and when we were getting the vegetable on our sandwiches, weboth asked for olives. The manager told the new employee to just take a pinch of olives and place them on the sandwich. Keep inmind this was a whole foot long sub. On my friends sandwich, there were about 5 or 6 olives total. On mine, there were about thesame amount. The new employee tried to put more olives on my sandwich because she knew that the manager was being stingy, andthe manager snapped at her. My point of this review is that it seems like the new employees aren?t being trained as well as theycould be, and ask for triple the amount of toppings you want so you get a good amount. Oh also, it seems like the airconditioning is out, so the have a bunch of fans everywhere, my guess it is so the food doesn?t spoil so fast so that seemspretty unsanitary to me. We had the worst experience with an employee! We placed a mobile order for pick-up & pre-paid. When my husband & I arrived to... pick up our order we were told that our order didn't exist. I showed them our receipt & confirmation, they still refused to fillour order saying that they showed no order on their end so we would have to fight with the card company that we had pre-paidwith. At this same time they were not getting other orders filled properly & completely, running at least a half hour late onotherorders, & just being rude to all of the customers.
