Terrible service. Rude employee. The website said open at 6am. We were dropped off at 610am to catch a bus at 7am, so we were... looking forward to having our coffee and breakfast before the drive to Kelowna. It was pouring rain out and we were only wearinglight clothing as we were on our way to the Kelowna airport to fly south. The door was locked so we went to the drive throughwindow, only to be told very rudely that we cannot come in until 7am. But the web said open at 6am. Well there are cameras andshe would get in trouble if we came in before 7 she said. Well can we just stand inside the entrance way out of the rain for anhour? She rudely stated I told you we open at 7! We were two freezing wet seniors by the time the bus came. Common sense andkindness are hard to find these days. Read more

I went there along with my few friends, some of my friends are vegetarian and so we had done some customization to those orders... and ordered some items from the menu straight but the representative was like we are about to close so you guys ordering stuffright now is not appreciated. What does that mean we can order till the outlet is closed not just till it is about to be closed.We ignored this incident but it happened again, yesterday (5th September) we were on our way to somewhere and had to stop by thedrive through, and by our bad luck the same girl (the night manager) was there and as four of us ordered she said four of usordering through drive through is rude and next time we should go inside and order instead of ordering through drive through !!what does that mean that in case we are in rush we should not stop by the drive through which is actually meant for this purposejust because she doesn?t want to serve us for some reason. I wish if there was an option of giving negative stars which wouldalso be more for such ridiculous service. Read more

They at consistently a good quick option. They'll lettuce wrap your burger if you're keto or gluten concerned.
The place is clean and organized. The staffs are friendly and fast. I like to come and dine in because instead of plastics they... serve drinks and food in glasses mug and real plates. Read more
Spent 9$ on a teen burger to receive a burger that wasn't even put together. Was just thrown in the bag. I expect a lot more... when a single burger costs that much. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK. not to mention the last time I went there for fries and gravythere was a fly in the gravy. So gross!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Read more
