My partner and some friends went here for dinner, we were starving. It took around 10 minutes to even get drinks at the table,... only iced teas and water. There were no straws, so the server just slapped a pile on the dirty table. We ordered an appetizer,and it came at the same time as our entrees which kind of defeats the purpose. The chicken in the fettuccine Alfredo was burntand charred, same with the patties on my partners burger. In a side dish of onion rings (which costs extra) there were only 6onion rings of abysmal size. I asked for a refill on my iced tea and the server took it away and never brought it back. All andall, never coming back. Even if we had a better server, 60% of the food at our table was inedible, which makes sense consideringthey intend on serving belligerent drunks till 12am. Edit: After talking about it with the people who was with me, there weremore issues! The Alfredo had a long, grotesque hair stringing through the entire dish. They also under filled our drinksseverely, and still charged us for refills and under filled the refills! It would have been a bigger complaint if I even got myrefill! I had to outright ask the server for my drink back, to which he did not say anything and walked away. The service wasso, SO slow, but as soon as we asked for the bill, it comes in record time. The servers attitude completely changed after thebill was at the table, as I’m guessing he knew the service was anything but good, so he was trying his very best to squeeze atip out of us. Apparently you can't give less than a one star review. The service was bad. The lack of any sense of urgency in the kitchen was... bad. People that sat down 15-20 minutes after us got their food at exactly the same time. The kitchen couldn't put together anorder of three items and adding a vegetable to a pizza. Ohhhh, but they comped our soda after waiting forever. So I should besuper thankful or something about the miserable service. If you want fast service and decent quality, there's a McDonald's inthe parking lot. Read more
Great place to stop, place is well kept and staff are fantastic. We really enjoyed our food as always.
I have had most of their menu items and none of the food has disappointed me, everything was delicious and well made. From... presentation to taste I would totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to dine in and enjoy some time with family andfriends! Worst pizza I've ever had from the Boston pizza chain. I ordered the same pizza we always do. The large great white north is... usually covered in mozzarella and orange cheddar, I think there was about six shreds of orange cheddar on the wholepizza. Literally had no toppings and the few toppings it had were centered in the middle of a large pizza. Basically tasted likebread with no sauce and cheese. We ordered extra pineapple most slices had one or zero pieces of pineapple. I feel like theywere out of ingredients yet still served the pizza to their customers. As a result, feeling unsatisfied, disappointed andripped off. Read more
Stopped in for a quick bite on the way through town. Nothing spectacular but everything to expect from BP’s. Super friendly... service, and thanks to the guy who seated us and noticed the seats were still wet and dried them down for us. Read more
Whem we called to make a order they, were really rude. And hung up on 3 times, when we got there, she was really rude . It was... the blond waiter working between 10 to 11. She gave all of us Attitude. Our food wasn't cooked properly and wasn't put on theplate good.
