Literally the worst place I've ever bought food from, hands down. They gave my food to someone else. I was told to pull ahead to... wait for my junior chicken, 10 minutes later I went inside to see why it wasn't ready yet. After inquiring about my food Ioverhear a manager asking why they would give food to someone without checking the receipt, and then an employee came with mynew food and told me they had given it to someone else. Not the best service in the past, forgetting drinks, forgetting straws,taking forever to give me service, undercooked food, but this takes the cake. I hear McDonalds trains well, clearly this is nottrue, and I question anyone that says they do. Read more

Today was fast , accurate, even with the trainees on shift. Very happy with the book I received with my sons happy meal.
It's a Macdonalds so the food is exactly what you would expect. The exceptional part of this establishment is the employees. ... Very helpful, cheery and kind. The restaurant is always very clean aswell. Read more
Simply the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Incredibly disorganized, even though it wasn't busy. Used the kiosk to order but... there was no paper so I had no idea what my order number was. For some reason this location requires the staff to buzz you in tothe washrooms. There's a button you press to alert them you'd like in but either it's broken or no one pays attention to it soyou have to get in the order line again just to ask to be let in. The restrooms have no way for you to dry your hands, either,so I ended up grabbing more napkins. One star because my sausage-egg bagel was decent. Will not be coming back to thisparticular McDonald's ever again. Read more
Honestly how hard is it to put the cheese in the middle of the 14$ burger? I like getting coffees here but when I get burgers... the cheese is always messed up and the egg patties they use in the mornings sometimes have egg shells in them which isnt a greatsurprise. But its mcdonalds. I'm not asking for much, just the extra 1 second it takes to do things to a slightly higherstandard. Read more
Nothing is ever right. One day, they forget half the order. The next day, you get half of somebody else's order. Food is... hardly ever HOT and I don't understand how with McDonald's highly specified kitchen prep procedures, they can screw up a BigMac, THE McDonald's Global Flagship product. Clown-show; slow down the pace, get it right, especially when the drive-thru isnot busy. Edit: The staff are perfectly friendly and pleasant, but cold fast food is awful. Not expecting Nobu quality, but alittle better than next-day leftovers would be great. Read more
