I am a long time Starbucks customer. I ordered a tall medium roast (drip) and they told me they were out of drip coffee so they... asked me if they could make me an Americano. I said "sure" as this has happened to me before in my Starbucks patronage (and Ihave never had to pay for the price of the Americano if they were out of drip). They insisted I had to pay for the price of anAmericano even though it was their fault that they were out of drip coffee. I thought maybe the person was new and didn't reallyknow how Starbucks operated but they said "no that's always our policy"..... And it was a terrible, weak, watery Americano. Ipatron the Starbucks and Trail BC all the time, and they are wonderful but sadly, I will go elsewhere when in Castlegar Read more
Always a good place for a coffee.
When people order 4 shots of espresso, make sure they are 4 FRESH shots. Every time I go here, they run the espresso twice and... call it 2 shots. UNACCEPTABLE. Do better. Read more
Staff is always friendly. But you can not redeem any points collected here which is very unfortunate as they have a expiry date.

Food doesn?t get heated up still in plastic bags. Drinks aren?t good.
