The employees here are always slammed with customers. Sometimes the drive through wait is a little long, but not their fault.... They are always friendly with good service. Read more
A very inconsistent location. Any time I go to either of the Rutland locations my order is correct and reliable. They cannot get... it right at this Castleton location. The espresso machine is always "broken", or they are out of this or that. Staff is friendlyso I feel bad reporting but I thought the whole purpose of a chain restaurant is consistency. Read more
Had to wait for 20 minutes for a hot coffee, then when I got it instead of being hot it was as cold as ice coffee. When I went... back in to get a fresh hot coffee the boy and I do mean boy at the register never even said a single word just dumped the coffeeand got another one. Do not recommend dunkin donuts in Castleton, Vt. to anyone extremely disappointed!!!! Read more
