A very inconsistent location. Any time I go to either of the Rutland locations my order is correct and reliable. They cannot get... it right at this Castleton location. The espresso machine is always "broken", or they are out of this or that. Staff is friendlyso I feel bad reporting but I thought the whole purpose of a chain restaurant is consistency. Read more
Had to wait for 20 minutes for a hot coffee, then when I got it instead of being hot it was as cold as ice coffee. When I went... back in to get a fresh hot coffee the boy and I do mean boy at the register never even said a single word just dumped the coffeeand got another one. I?ve been going to this Dunkin for the past week as my coffee spot since i moved to the area, I order a medium ice coffee... without ice and a cup of ice on the side. This morning I was very rudely told by the manager to not order that anymore becauseit was ?excessive?, I have had the same dunkin order for years and have never had anyone say anything. very rude manager did notoffer an apology and made me to feel like i was stealing from them. do not go to this dunkin! I stop at this location twice a week on my way to work I order the same coffee along with the bacon avocado toast which for some... reason always comes out untoasted and most the time without bacon.. I am not normally a person to complain to a business butwhen I spend this kind of money and they are consistently getting my order incorrect I decided I would finally mention it andwhen I did they said oh it's our toaster...
