I never go here anymore. I didn't get my pizza so I called. They told me they didn't find the apartment so they didn't deliver... it. I was so hungry and upset of why no one called me. He said they did and then just hung up. I called again and they put me onhold and hung up on me again. I called again and the manager picked up and he said he would deliver the old one that had beensitting there and still charge me. I was like no. I needed a fresh one and if they were bringing the old one it should be with adiscount since it was done 2hrs ago. They ended up delivering it outside my house on somethings I had outside my patio and thepizza was so cold that it was stuck to the box. Even warming it up didn't help. If there is zero i would give to the manager ( the one with that orange or red t-shirt there , very rude, he know nothing of... behavior or even business, he is a smirch to mountain mike's pizza He rather lose a client and his family and friends than amistake in his system of couple of dollars, He did chose to return us our money and cancel all the order instead of trying tolisten and solve the problem of his crew did, even we did try to re-order , he insisted not to understand the problem. I got pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pizza was good but the mozzarella sticks were cold. We waited for our food for like 30... mins because they said there oven broke down. They never came to update us of the delay in food we had to keep going to thecounter and keep checking with the cashier as to why the food is so late. Customer service is the worse and the kind of peoplecome to this restaurant is also not so pleasant. Read more
