I was the only person in the restaurant, nobody acknowledged me. I waited about 10 minutes to be helped, everyone gave me their... back, they all were taking care of drive thru orders. The guy behind me probably took 20 minutes to get helped and his food.That's my only complaint. Read more

Worst burger king you can go to. I came through the drive through and ordered. As I paid and was handed off my order, not one... person said that I was good to go. So I said if that was everything, and the woman named Christine said yes. I made the error ofnot checking the bag. I came home and saw that I was missing 2 of the original chicken sandwiches. I went back with my receipt.I had my brother go inside to ask for the other sandwiches that were not made. He came back to me saying the manager refused. Iwent in and it turns out Christine, the manager, was the one that packed my order. Keep in mind her name tag did not say"manager". She argued with me saying that she packed the sandwiches when in fact they were not in the bag. She asked to see thebag but I did not bring it with me. She smirked and said I would have to bring the bag with me if we want our sandwichesmade. I then went home and decided to call BK to speak with the manager again. Once I got through I asked to speak with themanager and the employee on the phone said he was the manager. I then let him know the situation and he was very professionaland polite and said all we needed was the receipt and they would have gladly made the sandwiches. I let him know the manager whohelped, might have been the assistant manager, that even though I had the receipt she refused to do anything. He apologized forher erroneous error and said I can come back to receive a refund. I went back for the refund and at first Christine was at theregister but once she recognized me she went to drive through to hide. As I received my refund I asked the employee if it was sodifficult for Christine to do this in the first place. The employee responded " She was busy, I'm sorry". What an excuse. Themanager, assistant manager, or whatever job title Christine has, she is the most unprofessional person working there and I hopeno one gets treated the way I was today. Read more

Not the best BK to go to. The staff was really nice, but they took long (mind you I pre-ordered it on the app) to hand me my... food and the drinks were extremely limited compared to other BKs I've gone to. My burger was quite messy and my mozzarellasticks were cold. I like BK, but I wasn't very happy with this one. Read more
