I am not really fond of their food. This is the second time we've been there and we are not going back. I got a barbecue chicken... sandwich and the bun was hard as can be. My husband got chicken and the breading on it was nothing but puffed up and tasteless.I've had much better. Read more
This is by far the worst store I have ever worked for. The management care very little about the quality of the food, this even... means several health concerns. I personally have witnessed the Walk-In (The Freezer/Refrigerator) door left open long enough forthe tempature to reach 50°F which is in the danger zone for bacterial growth. Other than that, the handling of the chicken islaughably neglected as the person cleaning up the table where we prep the chicken with their rag (side note: everyone has onerag and that same rag is used everywhere and anywhere wherever it is needed, proning to alot of cross-contamination) is also thesame person bagging the fries. Hardly bothering to change their gloves. Seriously do not eat here unless you want foodpoisoning. One of the crew members at the time had even used one of their personal knives they had brought from home to cutproduct, hopefully I do not have to point out what is wrong with that. The reason why this location is failing on employees isbecause the management likes to play favorites although this happens everywhere let's be realistic, but this location inparticular is really bad with it and I and so many others have left because of this simple unavoidable problem. New management prefers speed over accuracy at the drive thru. Just horrible! Our order is wrong EVERY TIME! Ordered a pint of... beans,pint of potato salad, and a sweet tea one time. What I got, pint of beans, pint of macaroni and cheese, and a sausagetaco! And they charged me for all of it! Today, ordered 4 bean and cheese tacos with bacon, no bacon on any of them when we gothome. Just horrible! Please bring back the old manager that knew how to run a restaurant. Read more

Constant problems with this location. Every time we order our Chicken De Lites, Bone In, we get them and the chicken is... shredded. This time, I even emphasized to please leave the chicken bone in and on the side, separate from the salad. Once again,they send it out the window, shredded and on the salad. I asked them to correct it, they made me pull to the side, while 3 girlsare at the window flirting with a vehicle of boys that have drove up next to the drive through. I?ve been there for 30 minutesnow, the food finally comes out, it?s a small bag. They had shoved 2 full salads and a hot plastic bag of chicken in a small bagtogether. Both salads are completely wilted and gross. It took another 15 minutes for me to have the manager come out, veryyoung and unsure of himself, that really didn?t act concerned about his employees actions, to get me 2 new un wilted salads. I go through the drive-through here quite often. The brisket tacos are hit or miss, some days they?re great and you get more... than two pieces of meat, a lot of days they?re skimpy, but this has to be the worst that it?s been for me.
