Came here the other night and asked for extra wicked wing season on my wings. The guy working the window said, "I hooked you up... bro," and showed me the food to make sure it was enough. A pleasant conversation ensued despite it being the end of a very longshift for him. Wish I caught his name. Made for a good impression and experience. Read more
This location SUCKS!!! Ordered a 12piece tender meal then wanted a 3piece Chicken was told Chicken would not be ready for 20... minutes so I then increased my order and ordered 2 12piece tender meals instead. After being in the drive-thru for 5minutes wastold to come around to the front it would be around 5minutes. After 10 minutes I finally went inside and it took them anadditional 18 minutes to finally fill my order. Management should be prepared for large orders and have at least 2 staff workingon completing that order only. so that other staff can concentrate on the drive-thru and dining in. With all the inconvenience Ishould have been offered a free drink, cookies etc. This location needs to retrain the employees or Bush's and Church's aregoing to take all business. ? Read more
9/7/2022 @ 1:00p: Very disappointing today. First off, and on a positive note, the service is always great and professional.... However, everything that came with our meal today was terribly sub par, but we didn?t pay with sub par money. Lol. This seems tobe becoming a trend with a lot of places lately. I?m sure you all have noticed also. Overpricing for sub par product. Themacaroni was old and severely over stirred. Basically just bland macaroni mush with no utensils to eat with. The chicken wasalso old/inedible and so small that even though I paid for 6 tenders, in reality I only received 4. But more importantly,inedible. The French fries and okra were both old and barely edible. I also requested easy ice so that I would have enough todrink and my cup was nothing but ice and less than 20oz in a large 40oz cup. None of us were able to complete our meal that wepaid hard earned dollars for and with our without recent inflation, this is absolutely unacceptable. Do not waste your money onthis place like we did. You will be disappointed. Again with the recent inflation and no raise in wages, I expect a littlebetter from places. Not worse. It?s not rocket science. It?s chicken for crying out loud. I?m positive that there will be somesort of patronizing rebuttal to my review herein since no one can accept responsibility for their actions or lack thereofanymore, so let?s see what they have to say to this. An no, requesting I waste my money there again, and I quote, ?to give themanother chance?, or, ?fill out another comment form?, is also unacceptable. 10 miles away and halfway through my sandwich I realized. Not sure how they undercooked it since those fryers have timers but... what do you expect when you leave a bunch of teenagers to run the night shift. I hope the birds liked the half o through out thewindow. Read more
