To be honest; since 2 months living in Texas, this is so far the best fast food drive thru experience we have, staffs are... friendly, we received 2 wrong drinks and the staff quickly replaced them. Other fast food chain are just rude & lazy. Read more

Visited on a Wednesday night after the Medina Valley cross country district championship, and the place was full. The... Whataburger employees were super attentive to everyone and very courteous. Although there were many customers, the food Iordered came out fresh and well seasoned. My favorite Whataburger to visit. Read more

SERVICE SELLS But, The Spirit of"Service" is very lacking at THIS establishment. I Normally love Whataburger, particularly the castroville TX location however on this last visit I was there for curbside... pickup. I checked in and waited 30 minutes before I called into the store and asked where my order was. Another 10 minutespassed before they brought out my order (cold and stale from sitting for 40 minutes). I normally don?t like fast food chains, but we stopped in around 10pm for a hamburger. I was impressed with the cleanliness, the... hamburgers were perfect, and the manager went above and beyond with his customer service! The Castorville Whataburger is thebest one I?ve eaten at!
